Allison and Steve have always been interested in organic gardening, nature photography, and cooking with fresh local ingredients. 

What do these all have in common you ask? 

Well it's Honey Bees. 

We allow our bees to live with as little human interference as possible and do not use any treatments, chemicals, or sugar syrups. Rather than using the common Langstroth style hives, we use Layens horizontal hives. All of our bees are from local survivor stock swarms collected in the Hudson Valley.

We will be offering seasonal varieties of our local Hudson Valley New York Jarred honey, Comb honey, Candles, Propolis sprays and Tinctures. We build Custom hives, Swarm traps, Frames and stands.
